ENROLLMENT FOR 2024-25 SCHOOL YEAR OPENS FEBRUARY 1, 2024
  • Grades 1 - 12 new student enrollment will open February 1, 2024.
  • The first day of school for the 2024-25 school year is August 14, 2024. If you are enrolling your student to start with us in SRVUSD in August, please enter August 14, 2024 as your students enrollment start date in our district. 
 
Welcome to Monte Vista High School!  Be advised that you must be a current resident in the SRVUSD school boundaries and provide proof of residency prior to enrollment approval. Students younger than age 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the enrollment process. Here is an to assist you with our process. To determine your resident school site, please use our School Site Locator.
 
If you are new to the district and need to enroll your student, please go to the SRVUSD website and click on "Online Enrollment"
The online application is currently set for new enrollees for the 2024-25 New School Year this fall. There are two links provided. One link is intended for parents/guardians who currently have students attending school in the district, the second link is intended for those who are new to the district.  Once you complete the online enrollment form, please email Sarah Sirota at Monte Vista High School, ssirota@srvusd.net to let me know you have submitted an online enrollment application.  Please use Chrome or Firefox.
 
You will need to upload the following documents during your online enrollment process.  Applications will not be processed until all documents are provided;
  • Valid Photo ID of Parent (address on ID does not need to match address on enrollment application)
  • Rental agreement, current mortgage statement, property tax bill, grant deed
  • PG&E or EBMUD (if new resident,  you have 45 days from move in date to provided copy of bill)
  • Student birth certificate or Passport
  • Current Immunization record
  • Transcript from previous school
  • If you have more than one new student to enroll, add all of your new students to the same online enrollment application.
  • When completing the on-line enrollment application, please enter your child's first day of school in a California School, this is a required field.
