Welcome to Monte Vista High School! A comprehensive, National Blue Ribbon and California Gold Ribbon school.
MVHS is a fully WASC-accredited, 9-12 public school of more than 2200 students. The school was established in 1965, and is located in the Town of Danville, in the San Ramon Valley, approximately 35 miles east of San Francisco.

Monte Vista believes that providing an excellent education is a shared responsibility involving the entire school community.
