Volunteer at MV

SRVUSD has a district wide system for all adults who wish to volunteer on a school campus or drive/chaperone day and overnight field trips and athletic events. The Volunteer Management System allows the District and all schools to better track and provide the appropriate level of clearance for school volunteers.
ALL adult volunteers will need to go through this process and renew the appropriate materials annually. The District will NOT be asking parents to incur any of the costs associated with these clearance processes.

You do not need to start over- just add Monte Vista to your list of schools. When you login you can also change modify your volunteer activities.
  • Login to the Volunteer Management System
  • Select the “My Activities” tab on the left hand side of the screen.
  • Follow the instructions at the top of the page in the blue box.
  • Click on the red “Add” button and select desired school and activities.
You can view video instructions and can add a school beginning at 3 minutes into the video.
