* At this meeting, a committee will be appointed to review applications submitted for the 2025-2026 scholarships administered by PTSA. If you would like to participate on this committee, please reach out to our scholarship chair Liz Yuan by April 20. **Please note that committee members: (1) must be PTSA members, (2) may not have a current senior at MVHS, and (3) must be able to attend a Zoom meeting on Thursday, May 7 at 10:00 a.m. to confirm and finalize the scholarship recipients.

Special Association Meeting on March 20, 2026 to approve the motions below. 

1) Motion to enter into a contract with Denon & Doyle for DJ at Grad Night on June 5 to June 6, 2026.

2) Motion to hold a fundraiser for class of 2026 with Aracely. 

3) Motion to enter into a contract with First Students, Inc. for bus transportation for Grad Night June 5 to June 6, 2026.

4) Motion to enter into a contract with Global Risk Solutions, Inc. for security at Grad Night June 5 to June 6, 2026.
