“Schools in the San Ramon Valley Unified School District continue to benefit from LCFF (Local Control Funding Formula) state funding which has increased steadily since its inception. Unfortunately, these funds still do not fully meet the California's per student allocation and will not meet that goal for several years. Therefore, we can assume that current state funding will still not provide needed resources at Monte Vista High School.


Thanks to the ongoing generosity of the Monte Vista parent community and through the efforts of our Academic Boosters, we are able to provide a local funding source that provides our students with additional academic sections which in turn creates lower class sizes.
