Monte Vista Class Parents help the community stay informed about upcoming events. They meet with Leadership regularly and collaborate on details. Send your Class Parents your email address so you can be included in Class of 2026 communications.

Senior Ball
Saturday, May 2, 2026
7:00 - 10:00 p.m.
City View at Metreon, San Francisco
Tickets will be on sale:
- Monday, March 23 at 8:00 a.m. through Friday, April 24 at 12:00 p.m. (noon)
- Early Bird tickets are $200 each with ASB and $210 each without ASB and for guests, and will be sold until Friday, March 27 at 11:59 p.m.
- Regular tickets will be $220 each with ASB and $230 each without ASB and for guests, and will be sold from Saturday, March 28 at 12:00 a.m. until Friday, April 24 at 12:00 p.m. (noon).
The deadline to buy your tickets is Friday, April 24 at 12:00 noon.

IMPORTANT:
- To purchase a ticket, Students must owe less than 60 minutes of detention.
- The last day to serve detention in order to attend Ball is Thursday, April 23, 2026.
- Hard copies of permission slips are required for guests only. A guest is a non-MV student or a student who attends MV but is not a Senior.
- Students will use their access code (student ID number) to buy a ticket. If a student is bringing a guest, they must turn in their guest’s permission slip to the Counseling Office by 11:00 a.m. on April 24. They will receive a randomly generated access code to purchase a guest ticket.
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, so be sure you make your Senior Ball plans BEFORE you purchase your tickets! NO TICKET SALES AT THE DOOR!
- All students and guests must have a current Student ID card to be admitted to the Senior Ball.
- A coat check is available at the venue, but Monte Vista is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- All students and guests must be picked up by 10:15 p.m. There will be no supervision after this time.
March Senior Bulletin
This Spring Senior Bulletin was emailed to all families in early March to give you a summary of the many upcoming Senior activities and events. An updated version will be sent in May, so watch for that, too. You'll receive one last Senior Bulletin in June, recapping everything you need to know about our Graduation ceremony.
Class of 2026 Yard Sign
Celebrate your Senior with a congratulatory yard sign! You can still purchase yours on Future Fund for $25. Signs come with wire posts and the first pick-up date will be March 11 during Lunch. Sales close on April 20. Watch for more info to come on subsequent sign pick-up dates.Spring Senior Parent Meeting

Senior portraits for the yearbook can be taken with the drape, tux or a cap and gown.

Here are some great resources to help you stay in-the-know of all the upcoming Senior events!
- Your Senior Class Parents will communicate regularly about important dates and events. Send them your email address (see above) so you don't miss out.
- The Monte Vista Bulletin -- published on the website homepage and emailed every Tuesday and Thursday -- includes a Senior section that features important info for Seniors and their families.
- Two dedicated Senior Bulletins will be emailed to all Senior families, one in the fall and one in the spring. They will also be posted here and on the website homepage, as well as linked in the regular twice weekly MV Bulletin.
Senior Coffee With Kevin (virtual) - Fall & Spring Parents Editions

For students who are applying to four-year colleges, check back here for the Senior Parent Night College & Career Planning slideshow, which will be presented at Back to School Night in August. We will have future presentations/opportunities for students who are selecting two-year colleges, trade schools/careers and service after high school.
