We are thrilled to present the 2024 Monte Vista Girls Flag Football Team! Now in our second season as a CIF Fall Girls sport, we offer an exciting and inclusive experience for all participants. Girls' 7-on-7 flag football, a faster-paced and less physical version of traditional American football, emphasizes agility, speed, and passing skills, making it an engaging and dynamic sport. Whether you're a seasoned player or new to flag football, we welcome all skill levels. Our dedicated coaching staff is here to help each player improve and enjoy the game. Join us for an exciting season filled with hard work, dedication, and fun.

Summer Camp Available
Our summer camp focuses on building skills, teamwork, and understanding of the game. Registration includes all camp dates, but 100% attendance is not mandatory. For further questions, please access the link or email us.
Camp RegistrationTeams and Tryouts
- Team Formation: Based on interest and participation, we plan to form both Junior Varsity and Varsity teams to ensure ample playing opportunities for everyone.
- Tryouts / Evaluations: Tryouts will be necessary only if the interest exceeds capacity or is insufficient to field two full teams.
Tryout/Evaluation Dates: August 12th, 13th, 14th. 5:00pm-6:30pm
Team Placement Announcement: August 15th 8:00pm
In-Season Practice Schedule (subject to change)- Season runs from August to November 3rd, with NCS Playoffs on November 12th and 14th if we qualify.
- Monday: JV 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm, Varsity 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
- Tuesday (Gameday): JV 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm, Varsity 7:15 pm - 8:15 pm
- Wednesday: JV 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm, Varsity 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
- Thursday: JV 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm, Varsity 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
- Friday: 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Athletic Clearance Reminder
It is imperative that parents and athletes complete the athletic clearance process by August 7th. Students must complete this process and receive approval to participate in athletics. Without this clearance, students will not be allowed to participate, and no exceptions will be made.
